Here’s what’s cookin’ at the cabin this week: Cheesy Green Beans and Bacon!
We enjoyed this quick and easy side dish with a roasted chicken and topped off the plate with some tasty Russian dressing. Delicious! This dish would also work well with Thanksgiving turkey, for those celebrating the holiday in a a couple of weeks.
I’m thinking that this dish could also work well with different types of cheese. I’ll bet either some smoked gouda or blue cheese would be pretty great substitutions. Additional ideas welcome! As always, thanks for stopping by!

Please also note: I am not a doctor or nutritionist. While this Primal / Whole Food lifestyle experiment has worked well for me so far, your mileage may vary. This diet needs to be balanced correctly, in order to avoid potential side effects. It is always a good idea to discuss any major health decisions with your doctor before getting started.
